When people try to describe me, the phrase that most often comes into play is "that dirty hippie." Which, I suppose in it's own way isn't far from truth- but to avoid rash generalizations I feel I should probably expand. No, I have never smoked pot in bed while watching cartoons and eating raw cookie dough into the wee hours of the morning. I do, however, rather enjoy the taste of oxycontin. Yes, I lounge around, I sleep an obscene amount, I slack off, and I procrastinate a great deal. Yes, I like to wear flowy pants and flannel shirts; and yes, I shower less than once a week. I find it almost impossible to fall subject to drama because I have a perspective so far beyond one-dimensional. I see the situation behind everyone's flaws. I see the point-of-view behind criticism. I am the chillest person you know. I have no beef with your race, gender or sexuality, however, I stand by my words when I say that old, decrepit, and severely handicapped people are lesser mortals. Think about it before you open your mouth. Creation is in my blood. I've been writing stories since I was six years old and remember my life's ambition, at such an age, was to be a "draw-er". [Not those wooden structures containing clothes and the such- I meant one who draws. I never claimed to be the brightest of six year olds.] I tend to bounce around in the realm of art. I live for the odds and ends. I never stick to one thing, which may be in part because I have little to no focus, concentration, or motivation- but I've found that I excel in sculpture, collage, photography, and pastel. I love animals. This much I don't need to into. I have a passion for life that most tend to overlook as I'm constantly bitching about something or another. That's just because I'm sick and in pain a lot of the time- the truth of the matter is that I see beauty in just about everything. Dive in. Saturation is the best medicine.
